Potato bake is a classic comfort food that is easy to make and deliciously satisfying. 

This recipe uses cream to add richness and depth of flavor to the dish.

To make this potato bake, you will need the following ingredients:

* 6-8 medium-sized potatoes, peeled and sliced into 1/4-inch thick rounds
* 1/2 cup heavy cream
* 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
* 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
* 1/4 cup melted butter
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
* 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced potatoes, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, parsley, melted butter, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Stir well to evenly coat the potatoes with the mixture.

Transfer the potato mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish and spread it out evenly. 

Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown and crispy.
